At DYIParts.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. But if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

When Can You Return a Product?

You can request a return if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused and still in its original packaging.
  • You have your Order Number ready.

What Cannot Be Returned?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Returns requested after 7 days.

How to Return a Product (Step by Step)

  1. Email us at dyiparts.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp +918866303478 with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Share clear photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.
  3. If approved, we will give you return shipping instructions.
  4. You will need to pay for return shipping unless we sent a wrong or defective item.
  5. Once we receive and check the product, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

How Will You Get Your Refund?

We will send your refund back to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Wrong or Defective Product?

If you received the wrong item or a defective part:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

Shipping Damage

If your product arrived damaged in transit:

  • Tell us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged box and product.
  • We will file a claim with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before we ship your order: Full refund. Just email or WhatsApp us.
  • After we ship your order: You will need to return the product first. Then we will refund you. The ₹60 shipping charge will not be refunded.
