2. Our Products
- We sell only 100% genuine mobile phone parts and accessories.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Product images are for reference only. The actual product may look slightly different.
- We try our best to keep product descriptions accurate and up to date.
3. Orders
- When you place an order, you will receive an email with your Order Number.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.
- If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Payments
- We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, NEFT, GPay, and PhonePe.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
- All orders must be prepaid.
- Important: Always mention your Order Number in the payment note.
5. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
6. Shipping
- Shipping charge: ₹60 fixed per order.
- Delivery time: 7 to 12 business days.
- Shipping partners: DTDC Courier and India Speed Post Courier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or public holidays.
7. Cancellation
- Before we ship your order: Full refund. Just email or WhatsApp us.
- After we ship your order: You must return the product first. Then we will refund you. The ₹60 shipping charge will not be refunded.
8. Returns and Refunds
- You can return unused products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging.

- Wrong or defective items? Contact us within 48 hours. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Your Responsibilities
- Please provide the correct shipping address and phone number.
- Check if the part is compatible with your phone model before ordering.
- Installation is your responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage caused during installation.
- Keep your Order Number safe for future reference.
10. Our Liability
- Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
- We are not responsible for any damage to your phone or other devices caused by improper installation.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
