Shipping Policy – How We Deliver Your Order

We know you want your parts fast. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.


Shipping Charges

We charge a simple, flat ₹60 per order – no hidden fees.


Delivery Time

You will receive your order in 7 to 12 business days after we confirm your payment.


Our Shipping Partners

We use two trusted courier partners:

  • DTDC Courier
  • India Speed Post Courier

We choose the fastest option for your location.


Order Processing Time

  • We process orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package on the DTDC or India Speed Post website.


Do We Ship to All of India?

Yes. We deliver to every state, city, and town in India.

For very remote areas, delivery may take 2 to 3 extra days.


What If My Package Is Not Delivered?

If the courier cannot deliver because of a wrong address or because you were not available:

  • The package may be returned to us.
  • You will need to pay the ₹60 shipping charge again for reshipment.
  • If you want a refund instead, we will refund the product cost but not the shipping fee.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.


What If My Order Arrives in Multiple Packages?

If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive separately depending on stock availability. You will not be charged extra shipping.


What If My Product Is Damaged During Shipping?

Don’t worry. Follow these steps:

  1. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged box and product.
  3. Email or WhatsApp us with your Order Number and photos.
  4. We will file a claim with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
