ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. How do I place an order?

Simply go to our shop, add products to your cart, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. That’s it.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, NEFT, GPay, and PhonePe. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

3. How will I know my payment is confirmed?

We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us in 48 hours, please call or WhatsApp us at +918866303478.

4. Do I need to mention anything in the payment note?

Yes, this is very important. Please write your Order Number in the payment note or description. Without it, we may not be able to match your payment to your order.

5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, COD is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat ₹60 per order, no matter where you are in India.

7. How long will it take to get my order?

You will receive your order in 7 to 12 business days after we confirm your payment.

8. Which courier partners do you use?

We ship through DTDC Courier and India Speed Post Courier.

9. Do you ship to all of India?

Yes, we deliver to every state, city, and town in India.

10. How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, we will email you a tracking number. You can use it on the DTDC or India Speed Post website.

11. My package is delayed. What should I do?

No worries. Call or WhatsApp us at +918866303478 with your Order Number. We will check with the courier partner and get back to you.

12. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Email us immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

13. What if my order arrives in multiple packages?

If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive separately depending on stock availability. You will not be charged extra shipping.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

14. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

15. Can I return a part I already used or installed?

No. Used, installed, or damaged parts cannot be returned.

16. What if I receive the wrong product or a defective part?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

17. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

18. Will I get my shipping charges back?

No, the ₹60 shipping fee is not refundable unless we sent you a wrong or defective product.

19. Can I cancel my order?

  • If your order has not been shipped yet: You will get a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped: You will need to return the product first. Then we will refund you.

20. Are your products genuine?

Yes, 100%. We never sell fake or duplicate parts.

21. Which phone brands do you support right now?

Currently we stock Samsung parts. We will add more brands very soon.

22. Do you help with installation?

No, installation is your responsibility. We recommend taking the parts to a professional mobile repair shop.

23. Do you sell repair tools?

Not yet, but we are planning to add them soon. Send us a message if you need something specific.

26. How quickly do you respond?

  • Call or WhatsApp: Within a few hours (during support hours)
  • Emails: Within 24 to 48 hours

27. What information should I keep ready when contacting support?

Please keep your Order Number handy. It helps us find your order faster.

28. Do you have a physical store?

We are an online-only store. Our office in Surat is for operations only. Please do not visit without an appointment.

29. Can I pick up my order directly?

No, we do not offer pickup. All orders are shipped via courier.

30. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, absolutely. Call or WhatsApp us at +918866303478 with your requirements, and we will give you a special price for bulk purchases.

31. I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
